I am passionate about my work.  I genuinely enjoy working with teens/young adults and having the opportunity to see them experience growth and positive change.  I have worked with teens and their families for more than 5 years in high school settings, within the foster care system, in juvenile hall, and in a specialized adolescent drug treatment court.

§  Psychiatric Social Worker for the Santa Clara County Department of Alcohol and Drug Services at Juvenile Hall

§  Developed Body Positive curriculum for body image and self-empowerment for high school students

§  Advanced training in adolescent psychology, substance use, and trauma

§  Member of the National Association of Social Workers
