Full payment is collected at the beginning of each session. We accept Visa, Mastercard, checks made payable to Los Gatos Teen Therapy, and cash.
Typical sessions are 75 minutes in length. The rate for the 50 minute session is listed for comparison purposes only. We use the 75 minute therapy session model because we have found this length of time to be much more effective than the typical 50 minute therapy session.
Cancellation policy:
Los Gatos Teen Therapy has a 48 hour cancellation policy. If we are not informed through e-mail or voicemail at least 48 hours in advance of your session, you will be charged in full for the missed, changed, or cancelled session.
Insurance:
Los Gatos Teen Therapy does not accept insurance directly. If requested, we will provide you with an invoice at the end of each month that you may submit to your insurance company for reimbursement. Please contact your insurance company ahead of time to determine the extent of your coverage and reimbursement options.
