Full payment (cash or check) will be expected at the beginning of each session.
Cancellation policy:
I have a 48 hour cancellation policy. If I am not informed through e-mail or voicemail at least 48 hours in advance of your session, you will be changed in full for the missed session.
Insurance:
I do not accept insurance directly. I will provide you with an invoice at the end of each month that you may submit to your insurance company for reimbursement. Please contact your insurance company ahead of time to determine the extent of your coverage and reimbursement options.
